Encore at Reunion - Orlando
One of central Florida’s largest master planned developments, Encore at Reunion encompasses several neighborhoods, and amenities, that each feature a distinctive personality and style. Creative North, Inc. designed the overall landscape master plan as well as a design for each individual Encore neighborhood.
Creative North, Inc. scope of work included softscape and hardscape to deliver the high-end residential vision for the development that would appeal to travelers from around the world as well as those who chose to make Encore their permanent home. An impressive entrance set the tone for the tropical luxury lifestyle which was carried through to the infrastructure and amenities. Planting materials were chosen to provide lush impact while considering watering and sustainability requirements. The HOA has continued to contract Creative Landscape Solutions to preserve and maintain the award-winning community’s impressive visual impact.
Margaritaville Cottages– Orlando
Located next to the Buffett-branded resort, but separate from the resort, Margaritaville Cottages required a landscaping design that reflects its unique resort setting, while creating a distinctive identity as a community of unique tropical vacation residences.
Lush landscaping and a multitude of palm tree varieties set the stage for the island theme to complement the lively color palette of the homes
Le Meridien – Dania Beach
A hotel’s landscape needs to deliver a dramatic first impression to welcome guests. Creative North, Inc. accomplished this and more through a design that combined dramatic impactful plants that flourished in the seaside climate.
Aventura Isles – Aventura/Miami
A residential master planned community, Aventura Isles became the catalyst for development and growth in the Miami area. Aventura Isles’ beautifully landscaped and impressive entrance statement represents a sample of the quality of life that future residents would enjoy. A grand entrance feature with waterfall was enhanced with large colorful plants to complement the brick statement wall. Throughout the construction phases, landscaping enabled visitors to imagine what living here would be like. The community sold out in record time and the HOA has continued the services of Creative North, Inc.
